As one gets
older, becoming forgetful becomes more commonplace. Engaging in brain activities is one way of
exercising the mind to prevent – or slow down – this process. There are some magazine titles available that
provide the subscriber with regular exercises that can be fun. Undertaking a brain exercise on a regular
basis is highly recommended for the aging and elderly, but also can be fun and
challenging for younger people as well.
